The US China Business Association was incorporated in 1985 as a not-for-profit international economic organization in the Unites States of America at the initiatives of influential statesmen and prominent business executives from both China and the USA.

The USCN is governed by a Board of Directors, consists of representatives of statesmen and business executives. When the Board is not in session, it delegates authority to the USCN Executive Committee to render judgments and govern the Association. The Board of Directors elects a chairman, vice chairpersons, vice presidents and a treasurer who, together with the immediate past chairperson, comprise the Executive Committee. The Board also elects a president to serve as chief administrative officer of the Washington DC office and headquarter office.

The USCN’s Board of Trustees/Corporate Advisory Board consists of executives of corporations and statesmen, serving in an advisory capacity to the governing Board of Directors.

The US China Business Association (USCN) projects have an international scope, and the USCN movement has already gained significant impact across the Pacific in both China and the USA. To continue this success on an organizational level, USCN is building an international network of associated organizations. There are currently 15 USCN chapters. Local chapters are self-dependent organizations that share the goals of the US China Business Association and support them within a specified geographical region. They support the USCN, the USCN community and the USCN projects in different ways – by collecting donations, organizing local events and projects and spreading the mission and vision of USCN. They also provide the volunteer community and potential partners and supporters with a point of contact capable of fulfilling specific local needs. If you have questions about local chapters or want to start one in your region, please don’t hesitate to contact the Chapters Committee at chapters@us-cn.org. For more information about existing and planned local chapters, please see the USCN chapter page.

“Chinese Companies in America Alliance” (CCAA) sponsored by Roel Campos and other influential figures was established on Nov. 19th, 2012 in Shanghai. It is committed to serving Chinese investors and Chinese listed companies in America to improve their tarnished images and protect their fair and legal interests in the US market by providing a high-level professional PR services platform.
